Lithium prices will peak yet the end user (battery makers) still won't be getting the product they want due to lack of processing ability.

I dunno if the author means spodumene concentrate prices will peak.

I'm sure if you had a refinery with spare capacity you would get top dollar for your lithium hydroxide.
