The big companies have clever people working for them on big salaries to get around government policies and reduce financial burdens, Google, Apple, Amazon etc.
Estimated the big US companies have billions stashed abroad hence their 6% tax cut and one off impairments for repatriation of the cash.
SQM won't be too worried about the Chilean royalties.
