PCL is another that is under valued , they should be up to mid 20c to 30 cents min. she's a possible Overnighter to sky rocket ,she has got a solid base in many different area's around the world. The potential of Billions of barrels of oil ,I think this is one to look at strongly . Normally the Under valued stocks are suddenly noticed and are swooped upon in a fierce manner, this can very well happen to Pan Continental in time.
