re: latest announcement This latest announcement tells us a lot about what might have gone on with the Chinese. If the parties had been negotiating in good faith, then you would not expect something like this to come up. That China Rail has asked for the $1mil back suggests to me that perhaps they weren't the deal breaker after all. If they had been negotiating in good faith and the deal fell through because they were at fault then you certainly wouldn’t expect them to be wanting the cash back. DP’s reactionary response says it all. It’s offensive – why start making public statements about what CRR's General Manager did or didn’t say? DP has completely lost the plot, and if there’s litigation on the cards, then this announcement is like a red rag to a bull. DP’s son and daughter are no doubt enjoying the two “top of the range” 4 wheel drive vehicles...

Also, perhaps we should start asking the other Directors questions. Presumably, they were at all the negotiations....???
