fsir enough db but I think a big breath would be best. I am not any kind of expert but from what i can gather ther was no explosion so looks most likely a pipe or seal or both has let go (again). I imagine well recovery people don;t come cheap but given that thyere is steam puring out of the hole I feel fairly confident that the hole is intact.... My position is to wait for a more detailed briefing. Could be just a blown pipe that looks dramatic.
