The integrity of the well has been comprimised. We know this as the steam dictates water is in contact with the hole casing either via water from depth or from cool water above. As the cement has been comprimised, the well is in serious trouble. For any remedial work a coil tubing rig will need to be positioned over the well. this cant happen until the steam is contained. The steam cant be contained until the cement/casing union is restored via cement injection Therefore we have a problem.
