As a US citizen and long-time holder of several hundred thousand shares of Lynas stock, I am highly disappointed with the Company's decision to discriminate specifically against US retail shareholders. What bothers me most about this discriminatory move is the rumor that one of the major institutional investors that has agreed to help rescue the Company is JP Morgan -- a US firm. If this rumor is true, then I am not too impressed with the Lynas management's self-serving and arrogant approach to "suck up" to the institutional US investors, but "screw" the measly retail investors in the US and other countries.
