At this stage no one knows why U-licence was rejected by MME...

At this stage no one knows why U-licence was rejected by MME expect of course MME. RTM claim they have not been told why their application was unsuccessful and are making enquiries. Does anyone know if it is possible to lodge a new licence, or can they modify certain aspects of the original application? Or is the situation such that RTM is excluded forever re: u-mining in Namibia. Would appreciate comments on this. Regards, Pol
