I've been away for a couple of weeks and have attempting to catch up with the posts here on the OIL thread (about 200 of them). So, there has been some cursory reading, but along the way I noticed a couple of references to Life Sciences who did the underwriting for the issue back in June, 2015. I did an ASIC search at the time and found that the incorporation of Life Sciences was only a matter of days before the then share offer and that it was a $1 share issue company and Jeremy Baldock was the sole shareholder, director and company secretary.
I thought I'd have another look at ASIC's records and see if there was any update to the company. Well there was a change - Life Sciences is no more. It was deregistered on 5th. November, 2017. Presumably this was at the company own instigation as there is no mention otherwise.
So Life Sciences has either sold its holding or had them transferred to another entity for whatever reason.
Apologies if this has had a mention in earlier posts, as mentioned I sped through some of the postings quite quickly and may have missed something along the way.
