ASX would surely have extended the deadline due to Omicron wave and as usual either LKO is not allowed or not bothered to announce this to share holders. Wonder how LKO can mobilise " On-site earthworks are to be commenced in preparation for drilling of the Wellesley-2 well, in Queensland" under present conditions. The other condition of CR could be met after holidays once everyone is back to work. DYOR.
Also wonder why ASX did not place commercializing of Nangwarry 1 well as another condition. Was it because its jointly held with VEN.
ASX is welcome to subscribe the entire new CR and take control over the board / management of LKO. LoL.
