Can anyone tell me what the process of re-listing will entail?
Firstly, is it a done deal that JMS will re-list? They have engaged advisors and announced their intention, is there still some final decision or board approval required, or are we past that?
Second, if the re-list was going to happen around March, when does the company need to make application to the ASX for that to happen?
I guess I am trying to understand what advance notice of re-listing we shareholders will get to see prior to it happening. Or does one day an announcement come out that it’s all done and they’re back on the borse?
Can anyone tell me what the process of re-listing will entail?...
