    Here's the conundrum - Registrar has confirmed the consolidation of leases, but hasn't changed the date....And registrar can't legally change the date until the lease has completed its' term and expired .... and presumably been reapplied for and reapproved... so again something not right with NIU's explanation ... but maybe I misunderstand again... lol.
