For all we know the investigation could also be getting more serious if BIG is unable to provide acceptable responses to ASIC and more skeletons are dug out. Seriously, how long does it take to prepare these financial statements. They are wayyy overdue. My guess is that ASIC have found issues with them and are seeking more answers (and maybe building a case) while BIG calls in the lawyers.

Could fall either way, but the length of the suspension and all the crap that has been found so far suggests the odds are not great for holders.
