    Hi Adam, what probably will happen is the same as CCU where the company was sold for a song
    to SXG. CCU spent about $60 million developing the mine and plant and SXG picked it up for about
    $300,000. Shareholders got nothing back. For the record SXG has had a name change to BOK, BLACK
    OAK. GLTA. H.
