Still no news from PNGX, so I've sent an email to OUR company with a please explain, are we in breach of the Code of Conduct rules. Especially Rules, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11 & 13. Found in announcement dated 3/8/2020 Code of Conduct. I see Tracy lake is also the Company Secretary as well as Managing Director (2020 annual report page 2) is this a conflict of interest under rule #5. Since Professor Ian Pilmer resigned as Chairman - Director, Have we had those positions re-appointed. These and a few other questions I have asked. I will see what reply, if any I get, I've asked them not to refer me back to the last announcement, I've referred them back to it about re-listing and the lodgement of past Annual Reports. lol.
