September 2022 Quarterly Activities Report
Looking at pg3, we are well under the requirements from the Minister. He has 2 conditions to retain the Eddie Creek lease.
1st - a JORC for Eddie Creek by 4th October 2023. Not completed, 8 months over due!
2nd - 2000 ounces gold by October 2024. Thats 6 months away, to date, from the application date of October 2021 to last Quarterly we have only mined
360.8 oz Au, that's 1639.2 oz Au short of the requirement stipulated. He has a lot to mine before October.
The question is will we loose the lease because we are failing miserably on the conditions?
