For those who haven't seen or heard the outcome, click above. I see only 50 mil shares out of the 200 mil (a quarter) were voted. A lot of people obviously didn't know, didn't get the paperwork or didn't bother to vote. Nothing mentioned about re-listing in the presentation, nothing about May River, a lot of B/S about how we supposedly mined good last year, and a lot of old/past photo's. The mining fleet is in repair, even though we haven't used it by the looks of the last quarter, lol. Just read the financials! The grades @ Sellhiem don't read well, but we are stuck with it now. It's no wonder the vendors wanted out. So we sit and wait! In the mean time I've emailed the ACCC, hopefully they can sort him out. To much B/S for my liking. I've not gone through ACA (A Current Affair), BUT it's not out of the realm, Peta Credlin (Sky News) might be a good shot as well. I'll wait for the next quarterly, and see what the ACCC have to say first. Gltah.
