As DNi are not desperate for money following the recent fundraising, I would have thought they would wait until they have some results to report from the plant before announcing any plans to re-list.
It wouldn't surprise me if the initial test results (assuming they are as expected) trigger the signing of several JV's, an announcement of a fund raising and re-listing details.
