you raise some good points, but from my understanding of events, Eskom has initiated contact regarding the supply over an extended period; there are negotiations to finance the payout via equity to a third party, and the construction could be managed through a delayed payment coupled with the right to build, own and operate. If none of this occurs prior to April 30, then I concede we are gonski !!
Until then, my hopeful outlook remains
