It is abundantly clear that the ASX has taken a very negative view on the transformative transaction proposed by Immuron. The extraordinary delay in re listing Is un precedented and reflects either a poorly resourced ASX or worse a discriminatory review by the ASX designed to stop or frustrate Immurons capacity to deliver on its contractual obligations. I trust loyal shareholders will be given full access to all the information related to this delay in order to establish the prospects for a class action against the parties that may have denied us a very significant opportunity for capital appreciation.
