I think we can pretty much say that the contract is in the bag it's simply a matter of finalising things and then making the announcement at an appropriate time, prior to the end of Feb.
This from the AGM in Nov:
It was interesting to learn on Wednesday at the AGM that our Chairman has recently visited POSCO and was shown around their operational pilot plant, which we were told, produces the best quality Hydroxide currently available in the market. Of particular note was that it wasn't KB who accompanied TK, it was in fact Alex Eastwood who accompanied him on the trip. Now why would you ask the General Counsel and Company Secretary to join you….Hmmmm.
Both TK and AE are lawyers.
