The way things are heading with unprecedented demand for lithium batteries of all persuasions the gigafactories (existing and planned) better extract their digits. The pressure from EV makers, home storage demand and peaker demand must be intense. Clearly, that old saying 'build it and they will come,' no longer bears any relevance - because they are already here.
