I'm in China as I type this (Tianjin) for work. Green plates are very common, many buses electric and the factory wedo business with have 5-6 electric charge stations (not a huge factory)
it's a matter of time, pls are being manipulated to benefit a buyer. no doubt. unfortunately I'm not in the know to pick the bottom so I will hooooold.
