It can be ruled out and I as well as many others have. It is much more expensive and distribution much more complex and difficult. It is much cheaper to install electric charging stations than hydrogen tanks and refuelling stations. It is also cheaper and safer to transport electricity to the charging stations ... not to mention the convenience of home charging using cheap solar power LoL ... just my thoughts
