The USA EV market is dominated by tesla. The increase in sales is 90% because of the model 3. Which there is a back log of want to be owners. The bottleneck for EV sales in 2019 is production from the car makers, plenty more people seem to want a decent EV, but cant get their hands on one. A good place to be as a business wanting to expand, but this bottleneck slows down the adoption rate of the new tech. As the automakers bring plants online, expect jumps in sale numbers as opposed to a steady increase month on month.
