re: litigation No idea how the case is progressing, but given how thin the depth is at the moment you would certainly think no positive news has come out of their yet.
It was listed yesterday (SC99/00075 DAVIS SAMUEL PTY LTD 04/09/2008 10:00 CH) yet doesn't appear on today's list.
