Hey VW, ResApp's announcement was 'matter of fact' and left field - but I'd guess that Lockheed are the prime contractor so any available detail is probably restricted with significant commercial-in-confidence obligations and potentially with negotiations ongoing.

The background to the DARPA WASH program is all part of a standard Gov RFP - so has publicly available supporting information. Easy enough to google with the details provided in ResApp's announcement so the rest is just guesswork- could be way off the mark.
