It's a contractor dealing with the DoD... if you had to supply cornflakes to that contractor or teaching them how to make cornflakes, or how to harvest the corn with machinery for the cornflakes, or supply the ovens to process the corn for cooking the cornflakes, all requires a sheet-load of paperwork, so the supplier understands that they are not being restricted from commercially producing cornflakes to sell to the general public. (Even James Bond has breakfast - LOL) And it's that sort of detail which doesn't need to be included in a general announcement, just the fact that we are involved with LM is enough really.
