If I was the board there'd be no way the results will come out until after the AGM. We've heard nothing from them in months that's been price sensitive. Once the numbers go their way at the AGM the PR machine will be up & running. We'll have trial reports, updates on potential partners & timelines for the next 12 months. Stuff that has been withheld from investors to keep the price as low as possible. This is a good play for them to maximise their own return. Create performance measures that seem high by making the base low. The bad thing for them is the price has been going up lately with pure anticipation of riches for all. A clash of priorities all round wouldn't you think.
