It was not a 12c listing. Re-listing does not occur at a specific price, it is decided by the market. It was a 12c open, based on what the market decided the company is worth (or what they want to ditch their shares for).

Remember DMN's last trade price was 0.1c. @ 200:1 consolidation, this is 20c. Therefore, previous holders shares are now worth 0.06c, comparitively speaking.


12c is actually 40% discount on the capital raising. If you purchased during the CR, bummer. 12c is probably a good price to average down in the odd chance this takes off and the new management actually delivers something. Atleast they have a few positive looking projects
