If you look at the amount of separate investors in the public offering and the lack of selling, there is, in my view, an irrestible inference there is something substantial in the wind. Remember Cutana hasn't ever been mined before and it was the number 2 site to Roxby Downs, not proceeded with because of the military zoning.
