After reading the newsletter I must admit I was unaware of City Pacific's RECORD annual profits of $27M+. Unfortunately other distractions were a greater force at the time of the ann.
The company continues with lucrative projects and stable management. As an investor of not only the CIY shares but as unit holders in the FMF I jumped the gun and requested redemption of my funds.
Tomorrow I will call the company and reverse that decision and leave my $$$$ in their hands. I'm sure my small investment of just under $50K will help. If all investors followed suite then we will see some significant turnaround and let the company do what they do best.
On the CIY front I Hope to see SP back were it belongs (at least above $1.00)
