If that's manipulation then good on them. Consider this: if I'm selling 23456 shares and someone purchases 12050 and then someone else purchases 11450 shares, then there are only 6 of my initial 23456 shares in the pipeline. So the next sale wil be 6 of my shares and whatever other shares might be in the pipeline for the same price that were offered afterwards.
