chemeq has been confident all along that milestone covenant will be achieved. there is no need to make further announcements if nothing has changed.

the $150,000 sales receipts to date are from the other two orders.

add the interest for the 12 months of approx $2.5million

this gets them over the line.

if there was a problem believe me cmq would have to disclose a long time ago. they are already dealing with a weak ASIC case. they wouldnt want any more run ins
