It is obvious the directors did the sums and realised WOW big...

It is obvious the directors did the sums and realised WOW big bucks for us - happy days. Fair enough, but what about the loyal shareholders who bought and held. Why didn't management think of the shareholders and comand a higher offer from mega??? Why advise shareholders to accept FIRST offer?? Why not vote NO and ask for a higher bid?? Weak mangement who only thoght of themselves. I/m not sellling because I know rpt is worth morethan that, and I feel that a higher offer is coming.....................
