It sounds to me like the Iranians are trying to get us to accept their proprosed transfer pricing agreement by releasing details of the overall resolution to the dispute before UCL is ready. Ditto the difficult problem of who controls the mining operations when the licence is in the hands of an IMIDRO nominee that is any Iranian party other than us. The really price sensitive stuff has yet to be agreed upon then.
