Why write off your investment? Have you made money up till now or lost from a significantly higher price? Not rubbing anything in just wondering?
Inside sellers doesn't mean they know what the judge is thinking but they may know the true belief of CHM or the funder on what they think they will actually get if no settlement comes.
Read the annual report of CHM. They stated MMX had provided a detailed account & CHM don't beleive it or think its right but MMX do.
Do you know for sure that CHM are so sure the figres they have quoted are realisitic?
CHM (mining compnay LOL) litigations - 2 grand finals lunches - 1 PR men - 2 mining - 0 people who took up share offer when coy in need - stuff all. That was the directors didn't buy when the coy needed money. That to me means they will do their best for the company but putting in extra cash is not one of them.
