Not worried at all. Rights issue is at 5.2c so it is quiet normal that the SP falls towards that level. The "underwriter" who buys up all the rights that are not taken may sell a significant portion of those. And people planning to take the right issue may also be selling a bit to have a nice profit and have their rights basically be free carried.

I am not worried. This is going mining soon and that will bring cash and thus the SP will move up. Bright future ahead but do not hold your breath!
