Just a comment on the skin gun. I was re reading Wilson HTM's coverage report here (which is a great read by the way!!)...

and noted their comments on the patent application which stated that Europe did not grant patent for the kit itself which they say is not surprsing it is hard to do...
Their coment:
"The “kit claims” of the patent application seem to have been rejected in Europe, but accepted in Australia. We are not surprised or concerned by this – it is notoriously difficult to obtain patents over kits"
However all other aspects of the patent are protected i.e:
a) a method for preparing cell suspensions;
b) the cell suspensions themselves (a “composition of matter” type claim);
c) therapeutic use of those cell suspensions;
So I would think they Spray Gun is just an alternative to the syringe, and may only help not hinder the uptake of ReCell.
