Lol...it's pretty easy Cherokee.
Just set up Google Alerts on the key words or names that you want to be alerted about. For AVH i have an alert on ReCell, Avita Medical, Bill Dolphin.
You do get alot of crap come through to your email, but it only takes a second to identify and delete if it's no good.
Also I do have a lot of time on my hands and I do a lot of trawling.
