It would be good to get Stan well to commit to the deal, but if they don't ICN has other arrangements to fund cash... this may include capital raising, JV, Sino to take out a stake in ICN or quiet possibly like LNC sell a tenement for a billion or so and that would leave them with sufficient cash to do whatever they like...
Bare in mind, Santos had a share in ICN not long ago, they could quiet possible take a stake in ICN anytime soon... that would solve some problems
From a shareholder perspective I wouldn't want them to do a capital raising and dilute the SP... but something for sure no capital raising would be done until end of 2011 according to RJ.
