Re: Melbourne, Very interesting to finally hear them admit that. Something they have obviously known for a while but have never communicated. This reflects the same behaviour in regards to Perth & Canberra a few years ago. I think it's poor form.
It's not enough to just have Sydney perform, all that other invested capital/debt/opex will drag the overall performance down.
It seems only logical that NXT will post another poor half, with S2 only opening towards the end of it.
Shorts know best I guess.
