That’s good enough for me

By any measure the company has not lived up to the hopes and expectations of many long term investors

You are not going to get a change in performance of individuals if you reward ineptitude and neglect

If we do not take this chance now and Norm loses this battle the Board will regard itself as untouchable and inviolable and investors can expect a lot more of the same mediocre treatment
