re: my take Until now, ARU has had to split its $$ and focus between conflicting priorities. The demerger should provide shareholders with the best of both worlds - ie holdings in two great companies both with the potential with vast share price appreciation due to their respective brilliant assets. The "Norm" letter provides no alternative solutions nor rationale to how this can be better resolved.....and at best, he can only be seen is a destablishing factor in the short-term. As far as I'm concerned, move over Norm and bring on the demerger.
