I believe the proposed chairman is having a few dramas to do with power stations in Bangladesh of all places and there's a minor disagreement over whose to be the lead broker, apparently he's been told to stop faffing about. One of the players involved just raised 12 million pounds for another project, just a matter of sorting the deck chairs. They may have also got acess to some xxxx hot ground in Angola, if so this will be a rip-snorter when they crank it up.
