That brought a smile to my face! I wish I could ring up and ask for my money back each time I have made a "mistake," what a Fu**n joke! On the one occasion that comsec made a mistake and failed to cancel my order (I recall it was something like a 5-minute time frame, a lifetime online) on time, getting a credit was like getting blood from a stone and I eventually gave up trying, I suppose that's what they were hoping for since it wasn't a large amount. I pursued it at the time more out of curiosity to whether they would be responsible and do "the right thing," pigs might fly! Each time it went up the ladder I got a nicer version of were sorry but get-stuffed and some vague concept of "no guarantee we can cancel the order in time.."
