re: new ann Yes it does read as it has been done....initially they entered TH, pending completion. Now they are saying that it should be completed by commencement of Tuesday 18th.
You must realise that they would have been in negotiations on this for some time, most recent development may have been positive.
For what it's worth I think it will be made late today, after market closes.
