Just a good personal business move by Ian - he sold 1.5 mil shares and exercised 2.5 mil options for about the same amount of cash thereby gaining net 1 mil shares for next to no outlay.
Wouldn't read too much into this transaction in isolation.
Shaping up nicely though :-)
