On a different note thought I’d put together a bit of a summary/timetable for the next 4 months - feel free to add any missing bits.
Key events so far include
18.08.2016 Completed acquisition of Intiger Asset Management and associated entities
01.09.2016 Reinstated on ASX
19.09.2016 HOA with Sentry group. Terms of the agreement are for 6 months
02.11.2016 Investor seminar series
In the 12 weeks since listing as IAM the price share price has appreciated from 2.6 to close on Friday at 4.2c. Here’s the timeline for the next 4 months:-
- Charles Blake commences role - Global Head of Partnerships
- 22.11: World exclusive interview with PC (many thanks Odyssey360)
- Update on Sentry HOA
- Details of MOU #2 to be announced (in Dec otherwise in Feb)
- Dec Quarterly report
- 19.03.2017 Finalise binding agreement with Sentry
- Execute MOU#3 with a leading financial planning group
- Secure more key management (as if we didn’t have a super A1 team already)
- Mar Quarterly report
So by the time of the March Quarterly you would think that IAM should be well on the well to meeting milestones. We’ve heard that Sentry alone is enough to achieve M1-M4. One would think MOU#2 and MOU#3 should conservatively get us to M3 (thanks Glyco, Anatol, Architect, 952i, forrestfield and many others).
Also known for a while now that IAM was in talks with at least 6 or so financial planning groups (would appreciate if someone could point me to the source document as unable to locate it). We know about Sentry. We know MOU#2 is bigger than Sentry and details could be just around the corner. MOU#3 has been timetabled in for Jan-Mar quarter. And you’d think that the others MOU#4-6? can’t be too far away.
So we’ve got lots of news flow coming in and some of these will impact shareprice (won’t dare attempt to guess the share price at the end of that period but it won’t be 4c that’s for sure).
