I believe that talks have come to a stalemate, giving that already two bigger projects pulled out already, I don,t think PRM has got a snowflakes, their SPP at 15c is a bit optimistic, their 39% of this project atm., dosent have any value. VALE !! to the Labour party again, Gallop one day may wake up to the real world, but then again, Labour never were capable of reality, Hey Simon?
